The village model focuses on a PLAY – WORK – LIVE scenario where we focus on spending a majority of our daily lives on site and nearby.  This cultivates a simple, healthy, connected lifestyle that allows for abundance and sustainability for the Community.

VILLAGE & COMMUNITY ETHOS / INTENTION: 

WELLNESS – We will aim to:

  • Put substances into our bodies that cause more good than harm
  • Seek spirituality through individual/group meditations, ceremonies, etc.
  • Seek increased connectedness to ourselves, the land, and each other
  • Live lives free from addiction through spirituality and living selfless lifestyles
  • Use recreation/exercise to stay active in order to be physically fit

UNITY – We will aim to:

  • Cultivate a community that puts the community first.  The resilience and health of each Member depends on the overall prosperity of the community.  
  • Live a life of service to free ourselves from selfish motives which cultivates a life of courage and love rather than fear.
  • Enjoy Group activities, gatherings, ceremonies, and eating together frequently.
  • Be very inclusive to temporary visitors and accept them into the village experience with unconditional love while they are on site. 
  • Be accountable to ourselves and each other to live according to the Ethos/Intention of the Community.
  • Have a weekly group activity schedule with activities like Yoga, Community Meals, River Rafting/Tubing, Cold Plunge, Breathwork Workshops, Hikes, Meditations, Sweatlodge, etc

SUSTAINABILITY – We will aim to:

  • Grow/raise food within each parcel, the village, and nearby
  • Aim to produce a significant amount of energy onsite with solar, hydroelectric, etc
  • Minimize usage of outside resources and maximize usage of onsite resources
  • Dedicate a minimum, small amount of time to work for the betterment of the community on a monthly basis.  ~8 Hours per month working on community improvements/maintenance
  • Help residents
  • Aim to implement permaculture and regenerative practices on site
  • Aim to minimize any export of waste/trash off site.
  • Put organic waste into onsite composting efforts
  • Recycle all aluminum used on the site
  • Minimize/Eliminate the use of single-use plastics
  • Aim to use small electric vehicles or walk for transportation within the Village
